Sample Coordinator

Coordinate the sample development process from initial design concept to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate with design, product development, and production teams to understand sample requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers to source materials for sample production, and lead times, and track material availability.
- Create and maintain sample development schedules, ensuring that samples are produced and delivered on time for design reviews, fittings, and photo shoots.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and garment technicians to interpret design concepts, develop patterns, and construct sample garments according to specifications.
- Document fit comments and revisions, and communicate feedback to sample makers for adjustments.
- Organize and manage sample inventory, cataloguing samples by style, season, and size, and ensuring that samples are properly labelled and stored for reference.
- Deep understanding of knits in Kidswear.
- Proficient in English

Experience : Merchandising experience for 4 years.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
