Responsibilities:

- **Business Development**:Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the LED lighting sector.
- **Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- **Sales Cycle Management**:Handle all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract execution.
- **Presentation and Negotiation**:Present LED lighting solutions to clients, negotiate contract terms, and secure project orders.
- **Project Management**:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business).
- Relevant experience in sales, preferably with a focus on project sales or the lighting industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of LED lighting technology, product specifications, and energy-efficient lighting practices.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.

- Sales and Negotiation: Ability to effectively present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical and sales-related issues.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
