- Transport Management:_
- Making sure vehicles are properly maintained._
- Inspecting vehicles._
- Arranging repairs and routine maintenance._
- Ensuring that all drivers and operators have the correct, up-to-date qualifications._
- Reducing the risk of vehicle overloading._
- Maintaining and completing accurate records._
- General Transportation Responsibilities:_
- Managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters_
- within the organization._
- Coordinate the movement of goods, products, materials, or people, ensure adherence_
- to industry regulations, and prepare transportation schedules._
- To provide comprehensive management of services covering all transport services to_
- the agents, with a focus on continuous improvement._
- Maintain appropriate records of all reports to ensure smooth operations._
- Routinely Inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained._
- Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and_
- business continuity._
- Independently handle, supervise and have command over Routings, Telephones, Shift_
- handling, etc._
- Maintaining MIS reports on a daily basis._
