**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as requested
- Coordinate and organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa documentation as needed
- Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
- Run personal errands and provide lifestyle management when required
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by the Director
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the Director
- Fluent in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi]
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Prior experience in a corporate or director-level support role
- Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel, if needed
- Knowledge of digital productivity tools (e.g., Trello, Slack, Notion)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
