**Research Chemist**

A Research Chemist is responsible for conducting scientific research to develop and improve products, processes, or technologies related to chemistry. This role requires a deep understanding of chemistry principles, experimental design, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and Development: Conduct experiments and research activities to investigate new chemical compounds, materials, or processes. Develop and optimise chemical formulations and methodologies.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, record, and analyse experimental data. Interpret results and draw conclusions to support project objectives.
- Innovation: Continuously seek new and innovative solutions to improve existing products, develop new products, or enhance processes. Identify opportunities for patents or intellectual property.
- Perform chemical synthesis, purification, and characterization. Utilise various laboratory equipment and instrumentation for analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and technicians, to coordinate research efforts and achieve project goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, research papers, and technical documentation. Maintain accurate records of experiments and findings.
- Manage and prioritise multiple research projects, allocate resources efficiently, and meet project timelines and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's, Master's in Chemistry or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Experience in chemical synthesis, characterization, and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Strong computer skills for data analysis and presentation.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
