Key Responsibilities:- Develop, monitor, and execute area working plans based on data insights and market research.- Drive implementation of company policies, strategies, and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to the TBM team.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, and institutional pharmacies.- Ensure effective communication of business goals and simplify complex information for team alignment.- Track area performance, conduct reviews, and provide actionable feedback.- Support demand generation activities, territory planning, and execution excellence.- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.Stakeholder Engagement:- External: Doctors, stockists, retailers, chemists, institutional pharmacies.- Internal: Territory Business Managers (TBMs), cross-functional teams, and organizational leadership.Qualifications & Experience:- MBA is mandatory- Minimum 2+ years of experience- Strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.What We Offer:- A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.- Competitive compensation and benefits.- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through healthcare innovation (ref:iimjobs.com)
