Job Description: Store Executive for Two-Wheeler Showroom

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Regularly conduct stock checks to ensure availability of products.
- Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.

**Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in finding the right bike accessories based on their needs.
- Provide product information, answer queries, and offer recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Actively participate in sales activities and promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell bike accessories to maximize revenue.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and promotions.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Implement merchandising strategies to highlight featured products.
- Regularly update product displays to attract customer attention.

**Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Verify the quality and quantity of products upon receipt.

**Maintaining Store Cleanliness**:

- Keep the showroom and storage areas clean and organized.
- Ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer information.
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in bike accessories.
- Conduct product training sessions for other staff members as needed.

**Compliance and Security**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of products.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Two-Wheeler Showroom.
- Strong knowledge of bike accessories and their features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and documentation.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,493.75 - ₹25,083.99 per month

Schedule:

- Two / Four Wheeler Showroom: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
