**Job Summary**:
PUNO is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Store Supervisor/Executive to manage the company’s inventory of consumables, spare parts, and goods in Viman Nagar, Pune. This role focuses on ensuring efficient storage, stock control, and timely distribution of materials required for daily operations, maintenance, and other internal functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, consumables, spare parts, and other inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely updates in the system for stock levels, movements, and transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with departments to understand inventory needs and ensure on-time supply of materials.
- Manage the storage layout, ensuring items are organized and stored safely and accessibly.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain procedures for handling, storage, and disposal of materials in line with company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement and delivery schedules of goods and materials.
- Generate and present reports on stock levels, consumption patterns, and inventory performance to management.
- Ensure proper documentation of all receipts, dispatches, and stock transfers.
- Develop and implement measures to reduce wastage, optimize space, and improve storage efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a non-retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of materials handling and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing store operations.
