- To take ownership of the internal process of generating accurate and timely financial statements.
- to focus on ledgers, internal controls, systems and expense management.
- To have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- To provide the right information at the right time to support business execution
- Ensuring invoices/bills/are properly approved and recorded in the books.
- To monitor and balancing cash flows
- To coordinate with external financial, compliance and tax auditors.
- To create and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.
- Identifying efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
- Create budgets with ownership and manage budgets to ensure fiscal health and responsibility
- Preparation of construction contract schedules.
- Scrutiny of BOQ's and cost estimation
- Perform due diligence and create projections with different scenarios on project growth
- Prepare the annual financial budget and update the forecasts on a quarterly basis.
- Analyze costs related to the projects, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- A link to project procurement, contract management, planning, engineering, controlling and accounting.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
