We are looking for a Branch Administrative Officer to support the sales team at our branch. This role involves handling daily office operations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day branch office activities.
- Support the sales team with reports, schedules, and follow-ups.
- Keep records of sales data and team performance.
- Coordinate meetings and training for the sales team.
- Handle communication between the branch and head office.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents for clients or internal use.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth logistics.
- Support HR and finance tasks like attendance, leave records, or petty cash handling if needed.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree (preferred in business or administration).
- 5 - 10 + years of administrative or sales support experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
