**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions and audit financial documents.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
- Suggest improvements in financial processes and systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA is a plus).
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).
- Excellent Excel skills and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, or service industry].
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience with financial audits or internal controls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
