**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Motivate and guide team members to meet individual and team objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for key customers, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering impeccable service.
- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics regularly.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on sales performance and market insights.
- **Collaboration & Cross-functional Work**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams about customer needs and market conditions.
- **Sales Growth & Expansion**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
- Develop long-term strategies for business expansion and revenue growth.
- **Budget & Resource Management**:

- Manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Monitor sales costs and implement strategies to improve profitability.
