About Us:
RAYA is a premium artificial jewellery brand specializing in trendy, waterproof and durable jewellery pieces perfect for daily wear and special occasions.

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our team and help us bring RAYA's story and products to life through engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities
:

Sales Management:

  • Represent RAYA at stalls and exhibitions to drive sales.
  • Engage customers with excellent interaction skills and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Data and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate sales and revenue records in Excel.
  • Keep track of online and offline sales data for seamless operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Logistics Management:
  • Check logistics for stall setups, including transportation and inventory.
  • Ensure smooth operations during events and exhibitions.

Customer Interaction
:

  • Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements
:

  • Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Proficiency in basic calculations and record-keeping using Excel.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Punctual, reliable, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of jewellery or fashion sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Flexibility with the weather conditions as the events will mostly be outdoors.
