**Job Summary**:
The Business Executive for Interiors will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This role involves working closely with design and project management teams to meet client expectations and company revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, commercial, and residential interior design projects.
- Generate leads through networking, attending industry events, and building strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to meet sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct client presentations and proposals to secure new projects.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and offer tailored solutions.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns during the project lifecycle.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new products in the interior design and construction industry.
- Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and project timelines for management.
- Set business goals and track performance against objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the interiors, construction, or real estate industries.
- Strong understanding of interior design, space planning, and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and client management skills.
- Proficient in CRM and project management tools.
- Knowledge of interior design trends and materials.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industries.

Pay: ₹12,022.65 - ₹41,263.96 per month
