**Job Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Reports To**: Sales and Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the company’s sales strategies and promoting its products or services to target audiences. This role involves generating leads, creating marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to achieve business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:Sales**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting products and closing deals.
- **Product Demonstration**: Provide detailed information about products or services and demonstrate their value to customers.
- **Negotiation**: Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to finalize deals.

**Marketing**:

- **Campaign Development**: Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Brand Promotion**: Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility in target markets.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials such as brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics to management.
- Use customer feedback and data insights to refine strategies and improve results.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,689.46 - ₹24,496.81 per month
