Role Title: Software Dev Engineer 1

Work Level: WL1

Experience: 5-10yrs, Relevant experience: 3+ yrs.

Role: SAS Operations Analyst

Background: This position will be responsible for managing and delivering stable data operation services, this role is a combination of both operations & enhancements (development). Data Operation team is responsible for transferring the data from various source within bank (CIO) to destination (such as reporting in BI) after transformed in SAS environment in line with business requirements with agreed SLA using optimize resource or compute power. Roles and Responsibility: Monitor SAS batches Batch enhancements as per business requirements Rework jobs for optimization resource consumption and boost performance LSF scheduler management and migration of current SAS setup. Analyze and debug data issues Perform root cause analysis and resolve failures Automating everything that we do build robust automated solutions Ensuring that the data produced is accurate and can be used as the single version of 'truth' for the bank Create and maintain detailed technical documentation Work on Proof of Concept for new proposed solution or feature independently Provide inputs towards on estimate and schedules for requirements Identifying, develop & automat service improvements & administrative tasks Self-motivated, self-directed & abilities to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment Play a role in resolving technical issues/ challenges/ escalate appropriately. Ensure procedures and technical documentation are updated to reflect changes, using standard guidelines Participate in On-Call Support Knowledge & Skills Sound knowledge: SAS Enterprise Guide LSF DI Studio Base SAS SQL skills
- SAS performance tuning SQL PL/SQL. Data management Manage data source, libraries and tables Knowledge on various data sources such database, flat files, multi-part files, etc. Processing Large Amounts of Data in Arbitration processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets. knowledge on Linux Platforms and awareness in shell scripting Knowledge on working in agile teams Awareness on ITIL process Awareness on Cloud computing - AWS is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
