We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Marketing Executive **to join our growing logistics team. This role involves significant field work and client interaction, requiring a self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry directories, and networking events.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific logistics needs.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- **Field Work**:

- Conduct frequent field visits to meet with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions.
- Build a strong network of industry contacts through networking events and industry associations.
- **Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to optimize profitability.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential markets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (petrol allowance provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
