Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive English language courses aligned with Speakwell's curriculum.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their learning.
- **Class Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering effective communication and collaboration among students.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Contribute to administrative duties such as maintaining attendance records and preparing lesson plans.
- **Student Support**: Provide guidance and support to students outside of class hours to address their language learning queries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English language trainer, preferably with a focus on spoken English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for language learning and teaching.
- Proficiency in English language.

Preferred Qualifications
- TEFL/TESOL certification.
- Experience teaching English to a variety of age groups and levels.
- Familiarity with Speakwell's teaching methodology and materials.
