**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Classes**: Teach spoken English to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced speakers, with a focus on conversational skills.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement lesson plans that focus on improving students' spoken English, including vocabulary building, pronunciation, and conversational practice.
- **Interactive Learning**: Use interactive teaching methods such as role-playing, group discussions, and real-life conversation scenarios to enhance learning.
- **Assessment**: Regularly assess students' progress through oral assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Student Engagement**: Create a dynamic classroom environment that encourages students to practice speaking English confidently and frequently.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Teach students about cultural nuances in language usage to improve their ability to communicate effectively in different settings.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to students and their guardians as needed.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain an organized and positive learning environment that fosters student participation and respect.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies, tools, and resources for teaching spoken English.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching spoken English or ESL (English as a Second Language) in a classroom or language center.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach students of varying ages and English proficiency levels.
- Innovative and creative teaching techniques, especially for language acquisition.
- Understanding of language learning challenges and strategies to overcome them.
- Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual student needs.
