**Your role in our mission**:
**Essential Job Functions**
- Entry and Maintenance of the compliance tool
- Have an understanding of all compliances required for the org
- Keep the team informed of any updates in compliances that we need to follow
- Manage Aparajitha who is our compliance partner
- Liaise with Payroll and HR teams to ensure timely completion of all compliances
- Ensure all returns are filed correctly and on time
- Assist the Head HR to get all required approvals..

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Three or more years of compliance experience
- Experience working with compliance programs, policies and procedures
- Experience working with compliance-related guidelines, laws and regulations
- Experience working with compliance-related information systems

**Other Qualifications**
- Personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills for communicating with business unit personnel
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Work Environment**
