**Job Title: Compliance Trainer**

**Job Overview**:
The Compliance Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing training programs that ensure all team members comply with food safety, operational standards, and ethical practices in line with the restaurant's commitment to serving high-quality vegetarian food. This role involves collaborating with management to uphold regulatory compliance and creating a culture of accountability and excellence within the QSR environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Development and Delivery

Develop and deliver engaging training modules on food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and ethical practices.

Conduct hands-on training for food preparation techniques specific to vegetarian menu items to ensure compliance with dietary standards.

Train staff on compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations as well as internal operational protocols.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Stay updated on food safety regulations, occupational health laws, and other compliance requirements.

Regularly audit processes and provide feedback to managers to maintain operational compliance.

3. Monitoring and Reporting

Track and document training completion and employee compliance records.

Conduct periodic evaluations of employee knowledge and skills to identify gaps and recommend solutions.

Prepare reports on compliance metrics for management review.

4. Culture Building and Support

Promote the organization’s core values of health, sustainability, and ethical dining practices.

Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related concerns raised by team members.

Lead by example to create a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with sustainable values.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Hospitality, Training, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in compliance training, food safety, or a similar role within a QSR or hospitality environment.

**Skills**:Strong understanding of vegetarian dietary practices and food handling procedures.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in creating training materials (e.g., PowerPoint, manuals, e-learning tools).

Ability to analyze compliance data and implement corrective actions.

**Certifications**:
HACCP Certification (advantageous).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
