About the role: - Customer success team drives the client and partner ecosystem within Bizongo, ensuring that their needs are accurately communicated to Bizongo leadership, product, and engineering teams to boost client and partner experience backed with data driven insights. - The role would directly report to the leadership of Bizongo and would be responsible for providing reporting and analytical information support to the management team - You would be directly contributing towards driving the vision by creating relevant insights from raw data and building dashboards/reports to drive awareness and understanding of key metrics. Being a data oriented member of the team, you'll be the key analytics expert for the team and help them make better decisions. Key Objectives of the role: - Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems - Collating the data from various database sources into a structured format - Cleaning and analyzing the the raw data to segregate it into various classifications - Performing analysis for generating the reports on periodic basis by slicing and dicing the data, and sharing those cuts as per the requirement - Ensure periodic and accurate update of data and MIS reports. - Creating automated templates in Google Spreadsheets / MS Excel with use of advance Google - Work with the guidance of senior leadership to drive process assessments and perform reporting - Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide data-backed insights and validate/resolve recurring customer/process issues - Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment Why work with us? - Opportunity to work with "India’s leading B2B" E-commerce venture.
