**Job Title**: Customer Success Associate - Blended Process (Chat + Voice)

**Job Type**: Full-time | On-site
**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Onboarding Date**: 14th July

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers via chat and voice support channels
- Resolve technical and service-related queries effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Meet performance and quality benchmarks consistently
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international process (preferably tech support)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Should reside within 20 KM of the office location

**Job Details**:

- **Work Mode**: Work from Office
- **Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹31,000 CTC/month
- **Interview Process**: HR Round → Operations Round → Versant Test
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week with rotational shifts and weekly offs
- **No. of Openings**: 50 positions
- **Benefits**: Both side cab facility
