**Internship Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) for IT roles such as Java, Python, Full Stack, QA, Data Analyst, etc.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess communication and fit
- Schedule interviews with technical panels or clients and follow up for feedback
- Coordinate with internal technical teams or clients for hiring updates
- Understand IT skillsets, current trends, and basic technical terms

**Who Can Apply**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with interest in IT hiring welcome)
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
