Position: Recruitment Intern
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for recruitment strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources etc
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using social media platforms for profess
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore for potential on-ground activities and local coordination.
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
