Job Title: Experienced Microbiologist

We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable microbiologist with a degree in microbiology and at least 2.5 years of experience in biofertilizer and agriculture-related work.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting microbial analysis of various soil samples and identifying microorganisms present in the soil.
- Performing in-depth research on microbial organisms and their effects on soil.
- Conducting experiments on microorganisms and their interactions with plants.
- Collaboration with the agricultural team to develop and produce biofertilizers.
- Monitoring and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Collecting and analyzing soil data to provide insights on soil health.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in microbiology or related field is required.
- At least 2.5 years of experience in biofertilizer and agriculture-related work.
- Proficiency in laboratory practices, including techniques for microbial isolation and culture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical laboratory findings to the agricultural research team.
