**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor the admin panel for book suppliers, ensuring smooth operations, timely stock updates, and issue resolution.
- Verify data integrity and ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Regularly coordinate with the inventory and supplier teams to ensure data consistency.
- Assist with bulk uploading of books via Excel sheets and other formats.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies in book listings and supplier data.
- Perform regular audits of the book inventory and supplier management system to maintain data quality.
- Provide support to the team with general administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or book-related industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of managing admin panels.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of books (genres, authors, ISBN, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.
