Job Title: Banking Associate

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

**Job Summary**:
The Banking Associate plays a key role in providing exceptional service to clients by handling transactions, assisting with account management, and supporting the bank's financial products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with daily banking needs including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries.
- Provide guidance on bank products and services, such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital banking tools.
- Support relationship managers in maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-1 years of experience in banking, finance, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:

- Tamil (preferred)
