We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Pershing India, Asset Movement team. This role is located in Chennai City India and the requirement is Hybrid Model.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
As a Corporate Actions Associate you will primarily work on the voluntary and mandatory corporate actions while ensuring timeliness and accuracy within the company's systems. Handle moderate to complex corporate action events for our custodial accounts. Review and process mandatory corporate actions and voluntary corporate actions based on client elections. Review and monitor the corporate actions events/announcements in the DTCC portal/system. Setup the instructions/announcements in the custodial system and process the announcements corporate action events for the custodial accounts. Address client requisitions on any of the corporate actions and respond them within the timelines. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- 4+ years of total work experience, with brokerage/investment experience preferred.
- General knowledge of the securities industry
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent client service skills
