**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**: Follow strict information security and quality protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in banking or customer service.
- Proven experience in a call center or phone banking role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and compliance standards.
- Ability to use CRM and call center software effectively.
