**B2B Channel Sales Executive**

**Department**: Sales

**Reporting to**: Zonal Manager - B2B Channel Sales, DGM

A **B2B (Business-to-Business) Channel Sales Executive** is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through various channels in a business-to-business setting. They play a critical role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with distributors, resellers, dealers, and other channel partners to ensure the company's products or services reach a broader customer base. This role involves a mix of sales strategy development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Channel Partner Management**: Identify potential channel partners, establish new partnerships, and nurture existing ones. Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, training, and support to drive sales.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for channel sales growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set and meet sales targets for channel partners. Monitor partner performance and take necessary actions to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Thoroughly understand the company's products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to channel partners. Provide training and resources to help partners sell more effectively.
- **Negotiations and Deal Closures**: Participate in negotiations with channel partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contract terms and conditions align with the company's objectives.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and incentives for channel partners to boost sales and market presence.
- **Market Analysis**: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and suggest product/service improvements.
- **Performance Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to track channel partner performance and present insights to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in sales or channel management are advantageous.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in B2B sales or channel management is essential, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the specific industry or market in which the company operates is beneficial. Knowledge of competitor products and strategies is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with channel partners and internal teams.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation abilities to establish and manage partnerships with channel partners, including contract negotiations and conflict resolution.
- **Analytical Skills**: The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and suggest improvements.
- **Relationship Building**: Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their needs, and providing necessary support.
- **Time Management**: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and effectively respond to unexpected challenges.
- **Results-Driven**: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

**Education Qualification**: _**UG**_/_**MBA or PGDM**_

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
