We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Executive who is responsible for the secondary sales and network management of the company and thereby ensure that the company is growing as per the plan and by making the dealer more comfortable in dealing with the company.
- Responsible for meeting the dealers of the company to push the new and existing models by giving confidence and service. Make sure that the customer is displaying the products through proper merchandizing and do the changes if required.
- Responsible for hearing the market trends, responses to the styles of Happykid and make sure that the market intelligence reporting is given to the ASM’s timely to make the decision making easier and effective.
- Responsible for doing random telephone calls, feedback caIIs to the customers to make sure that they in touch with the company and address the issues if they have any.
- Responsible of Analyzing and Reporting to ASM Regarding competitors marketing activities
- Responsible Punch first shop before 10:30 AM and last shop after 6:30PM daily
- Do meet at least 25 customers on a daily basis and update the database and discuss the requirements and challenges from the market with the superior.
- Responsible for implementing the target division wise through communicating the marketing plan and strategy for achieving the result.
- Responsible person for achieving the repeat and new style sales through consistent interaction with the dealers.
- Responsible for keeping the customer satisfied by ensuring timely support from the company and be the spoke person of the customers.
- Accountable for the brand reach and image of the company and its products through regular, effective and ensure tie ups with all potential channels.
- Accountable for monitoring the day-to-day marketing responses of the products and styles through regular report evaluation and by requesting corrective actions.
- Accountable for monitoring monthly performance of the dealers by analyzing the efforts and targets achieved by them.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
