**Branch Sales Officer (Inside Sales)**

**Salary**: ₹18,000/- to ₹23,000 per month + Incentives

Location**:Kaloor, Kochi**

Qualification**:Degree (mandatory)**

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct inside sales activities to promote banking products and services.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with potential customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the bank's products and services.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Adhere to sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

**Requirements**:
Should have (i) Pan Card, (ii) Aadhar card, (iii) Degree certificate.

Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening (Malayalam proficiency).
