Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the wedding or catering industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales management techniques
- Familiarity with wedding planning,Catering and coordinating
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities
- Sell Catering and wedding Planning packages and services to prospective clients
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including venue selection, catering, decorations, entertainment, and transportation
- Develop and maintain relationships with wedding vendors and suppliers
- Create and present wedding proposals to clients, ensuring all details and requirements are addressed
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire wedding planning journey
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain wedding clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue generation
- Stay updated with the latest wedding trends and industry developments
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all wedding bookings and contracts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,935.03 - ₹25,077.23 per month
