D’Moksha Homes, a flagship brand of MokshaMultiverse Pvt Ltd, is a direct to consumer first of its kind environment friendly home têxtile brand focused on providing exquisite handcrafted home linens using only the most sustainable fabrics like linen, hemp, and lyocell, amongst others. Incorporated in December 2019 in Mumbai, the brand was launched in the US in March 2020 at the onset of the pandemic.

D’Moksha Homes is in a process of disrupting the home têxtile industry by targeting the universal mega trend of sustainability and customization of home décor. The start-up has earned several feathers in its cap including being selected as one of the 10 start-ups from across India in the Amazon Global Selling Propel Accelerator Program in partnership with Start-up India to help them build a globally loved scalable Indian brand.

The founders are highly experienced CXO level executives with cross industry experience in media, banking and travel. Carrying the Honourable Prime Minister’s vision of export-oriented Make in India, the founders are driven to build a Direct-to-Consumer Indian brand globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Analyze financial data and present key insights for decision-making.
- Create dashboards and automated reports using tools like Excel, ERP, or BI software.

**Accounting Functions**:

- Manage accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely reconciliations.
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Extract and organize data for efficient processing and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across platforms.

**Compliance and Audit Support**:

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement automation techniques to minimize manual effort.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with internal teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to gather necessary data.
- Respond to queries and provide accurate financial information to stakeholders.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Advanced certification in Excel or MIS is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in accounts and MIS roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and ERP systems.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level).
- Knowledge of financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

**Analytical Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical ability.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
