**Provilac** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts cum MIS Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting and MIS tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial data management. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and generating insightful reports to support informed decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Excel Expertise**:

- Proficient in advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Manage and update excel attendance sheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Collect and record customer payments promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all collections, bills, and invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports, including accounts payable and receivable reports.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Generate MIS reports using data from various sources like accounting software, Excel.
- Analyze financial data and present key insights to management.
- Identify trends and patterns to support informed business decisions.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed.
- Liaise with vendors and customers regarding financial matters.
- Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in all aspects of the work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Excellent command over MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
