Mis Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated **Executive - Finance & Accounts** to support our finance team. This role primarily focuses on **MIS reporting**, **payment follow-ups**, and **loan accounting**, providing a great opportunity to build a career in the finance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting & Data Analysis**:

- Prepare and manage **Management Information System (MIS) reports**, analyzing financial data and trends.
- Create detailed and accurate reports for internal stakeholders, helping management make informed decisions.
- Ensure the timely preparation and submission of MIS reports, maintaining consistency and accuracy in data presentation.
- **Payment Follow-Ups & Customer Communication**:

- Take a proactive approach in **following up with customers** for timely payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure payments are received according to agreed timelines.
- Address any payment-related inquiries or discrepancies promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Loan Accounting & Entries**:

- Accurately **enter loan-related transactions** and ensure they are reflected correctly in the financial system (Tally).
- Maintain detailed records for **loan disbursements**, repayments, and interest calculations.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies for loan entries.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing **loan agreements** and related documentation as per business requirements.
- **Financial Record Maintenance & Reporting Support**:

- Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide support to the finance team in preparing regular and ad-hoc financial reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- **Skills**:

- **Proficient in MS Excel** (for advanced data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation) and **MS Word** (for document creation).
- Hands-on experience with **Tally** accounting software, especially for **loan-related accounting entries**.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to **loan transactions** and repayment schedules.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the **NBFC** or financial services sector, with a focus on **MIS reporting**, **payment follow-ups**, and **loan accounting**.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective **payment follow-ups** and customer interaction.
