**JD/Responsibilities**:
1. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, Manage and optimize Toffay's operational processes, including order processing, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain management.

2. Utilize MS Excel extensively to analyze data, generate reports, and track key operational metrics such as order fulfilment rates, inventory levels, and shipping costs.

3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies, negotiate contracts and pricing, and maintain good relationships to support Toffay's operational needs.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align operational activities with business objectives and customer needs.

5. Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

8. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve the overall customer service experience and contribute to the company's success

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
