**Key Responsibilities**:_UI/UX Design Responsibilities:_
- Conduct user research, client interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, using a design thinking approach.
- Design visually appealing, user-centered interfaces that are guided by research and aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user journeys, and personas to demonstrate design concepts and user flow.
- Develop and maintain high-quality graphical UI assets such as buttons, icons, illustrations, and images.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive design principles are applied across all platforms and screen sizes for a seamless experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
- Embrace an iterative design process—refining designs based on usability testing, feedback, and performance data.
- Advocate for the user by promoting best practices in usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
- Graphic Design Responsibilities:_
- Design engaging visual content for digital and print including banners, infographics, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and brand materials.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity.
- Work with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver impactful campaign designs.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements while also being innovative and fresh.
- Prepare files for print production and work with vendors when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and the **Adobe Creative Suite**.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to teams and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile development processes (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) is an advantage.
