**US Healthcare Recruiter**

We are looking to scale this recruitment team exponentially in the near future. This is a key position that will kick start that growth. If you are looking at aggressive growth for your career and have extraordinary head hunting and team management skills - we are interested in speaking with you.

**Talent Acquisition**
- End-to-end recruitment for different roles in the United States, India and other locations
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Advertise open positions to external networks
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
- Attend job fairs and organize career events
- Keep in touch with past applicants

**HR Generalist**
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
- Other Tasks
- Participate in Client meetings and business reviews

**Requirement**
- Available to work with a 4 hours overlap to US business hours
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Above average English communication skills both written and oral
- Score on an acceptable level on the Neolytix’s Recruiter exam
- At least 1 years of recruitment experience
- At least 1 years of experience in hiring in India
- Preferably with **BPO/Off-shore experience**:

- No job hoppers
- at least two years on the job
- Schooling from large city high school, Convent or private
- Bachelor’s degree from a tier-B university
- Post-graduate MBA in HR in a reputable institute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
