**Job Purpose**:
To support SH P&QC in ensuring continuous plant operations within set performance parameters by monitoring of operational parameters of the plant and co-ordination with other sections for troubleshooting of abnormalities for minimizing downtime of the equipment’s and maximizing plant productivity within budgeted cost with highest level of UTCL safety standards during shift operation.

**Independent shift operation of ball mills with roller press.**:

- Monitoring & optimization of process parameters, with the desired quality requirements.
- Analysis of process parameter trends of the running plant & trouble shooting.
- Regular working in SAP - production booking, stoppage booking, stock balancing
- Process checks, trials, audits of cement grinding roller press & cement mill.
- Regular monitoring of cement stock
- Take round of cement grinding roller press, cement mill and check process / QC conditions required.
- Control stack Emission, Operational troubleshooting
- Opportunity identification for power & heat reduction and Implementation of actions
- Communication with Site engineer/supervisors for ensure continuous operation of equipment’s
- Take fan flow and do mill circuit sampling.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma,Bachelor Of Technology,Master of Chemical Engineering,Diploma in Technology

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-6 Years
