**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning**:

- Design age-appropriate and challenging lessons that engage students in active learning.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques such as lectures, discussions, group activities, project-based learning, and hands-on experiences to support diverse learning styles.
- Incorporate technology, multimedia, and educational resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized and positive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
- Establish clear expectations for student behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive atmosphere.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and resolve conflicts.
- Foster an inclusive classroom culture that respects diversity and promotes teamwork.
- **Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods such as tests, assignments, projects, presentations, and oral assessments.
- Regularly track and document student performance and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Create fair and transparent evaluation criteria that align with ICSE guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in understanding and provide additional support to struggling students.
- **Individualized Student Support**:

- Monitor the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
- Provide additional help and guidance to students who require extra support, including one-on-one tutoring or mentoring.
- Identify and address learning difficulties and offer solutions or accommodations as needed.
- Encourage students to take initiative in their learning and set personal academic goals.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and any concerns.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development, academic progress, and behavioral issues.
- Send periodic updates on student performance and school activities to parents and guardians.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching strategies, ICSE curriculum changes, and educational research.
- Attend school workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in team-based curriculum development and school activities.
- **Extracurricular and School Activities**:

- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and clubs that promote student engagement and holistic development.
- Organize and supervise student projects, field trips, and events that enhance the learning experience.
- Encourage students to participate in competitions, cultural events, and other school activities to develop their skills outside the classroom.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Prepare lesson plans, reports, and submit required paperwork on time.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and administrative tasks as assigned by the school leadership.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
