**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Telugu lessons according to the school curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, literature, and conversational Telugu to middle school students.
- Encourage student participation and foster a positive learning environment that motivates students to develop interest in the Telugu language and culture.
- Evaluate students' performance through regular assessments, assignments, and oral activities.
- Provide individual support to students who need extra help or guidance in mastering the language.
- Integrate modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, and teacher development workshops.
- Ensure adherence to the school’s policies and promote discipline in the classroom.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Telugu Language, Literature, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Telugu at the middle school level is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the Telugu language (oral and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young students.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Innovative and creative teaching methods.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
