**Job Title**: Sales Executive (1-2 Years Experience)

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Interaction**:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**:
Assist in preparing and delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Follow-up & Closing**:
Support the sales process by following up with prospects, handling objections, and assisting in closing deals.
- **Maintain CRM Records**:
Update customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and follow through on leads.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C), preferably in [industry - e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, real estate, etc.].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
