Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female Sales Executive to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and close sales — both in-store and through online inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selections
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram queries professionally
- Pitch gift hampers, custom chocolate boxes, and festive offers to clients
- Coordinate with packaging and dispatch teams for order processing
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain sales records and follow up with leads for closures
- Assist with basic content or story posting during peak hours (optional)
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication ( English)
- Polite, customer-focused, and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business / Instagram DMs
- Prior retail or boutique sales experience preferred (especially in gifting/luxury/FMCG sectors)
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
- Age: 22 – 35 years preferred
Female candidates only
office timing : 9:00 - 6:00
week off :( take in monday - Friday) saturday - sunday is working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

- English (Preferred)
