Sales Coordinator (B2B/B2C) - Commercial Swimming Pool equipments & accessories

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Coordinator with experience in B2B and B2C sales, specifically in the commercial swimming pool and wholesale sector. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients and businesses, promoting and selling swimming pool products and services. Your focus will involve understanding the needs of both businesses and individual customers, providing comprehensive product information, addressing inquiries, and effectively closing sales deals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients and businesses in the B2B and B2C settings, showcasing our swimming pool products and services.

2. Understand the requirements of customers and businesses, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

3. Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of our offerings.

4. Handle inquiries and resolve any customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

5. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively present product offerings and secure sales deals.

6. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.

7. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and implement effective follow-up strategies to drive conversions.

8. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach to sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 12th pass is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in any sales role is mandatory.

Skills and Attributes:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for effective customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Detail-oriented and capable of providing accurate product information to customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet targets.
- Proficient in maintaining and managing customer relationships.
