We are urgently looking for **Sales Executive**for one of the Elevators Manufacturing Company

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Qualification**:B.E. Mechanical

**Experience**: Minimum 1 to 3 years
**(Preferred: Elevator Industry)**
- **Generate New Business**: Identify and approach potential clients in the construction, residential, and commercial sectors.
- **Customer Engagement**: Reach out to prospects, present our products/services, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Lead the sales process, from offer creation to contract negotiation and closing.
- **Project Oversight**: Manage key modernization projects, ensuring contract compliance and smooth execution.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams (installation, design) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- **Audit & Financial Assessment**: Review existing equipment and assess the financial feasibility of modernization projects.
- **Payment Collection**: Ensure timely payment collection throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales or business development in the construction or modernization industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with teams.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
