**Skills -**
- **2-3 years of proven experience** in reservations & ticketing with specialisation in **FDs, MICE, and group bookings**.
- Must have handled **fixed departures and a minimum of 150+ pax group mov**
- This role demands someone who can **negotiate, execute, and manage reservations end-to-end** from FITs to FDs to large corporate groups.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end reservations for flights** (FITs, group bookings, series departures, and MICE events).
- Handle **large-scale group bookings (150+ pax),** including charter requests, seat blocks, and airline negotiations.
- Coordinate and execute **Fixed Departure (FD) reservations** with airlines, ensuring the best possible pricing and allocations.
- Negotiate contracts, fares, and allocations with airline partners for **FDs, groups, and series departures**.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, reissuance, and timely ticket issuance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline sales teams, consolidators, and GDS partners.
- Monitor fare changes, airline policies, and schedules to optimise pricing and seat management.
- Maintain accurate data, PNRs, passenger manifests, and reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, fare rules, and documentation requirements.
- Provide client support, troubleshooting, and smooth resolution for booking-related issues.
