We are looking for a **Meta Ads Executive** who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- **Audience Research**: Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, targeting, and competitive research to ensure high ROI.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and implement data-driven optimizations.
- **Ad Creatives**: Collaborate with the creative team or develop engaging ad copies and visuals aligned with campaign goals.
- **A/B Testing**: Run structured experiments on creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and placements to identify winning approaches.
- **Reporting**: Prepare clear performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Allocate and manage ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, algorithm changes, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and basic knowledge of conversion tracking setups.
- Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
