**Job Purpose**:The responsibilities of Customer Support Executive are as follows:
- To supervise the sample receipt, handling, storage and disposal activities
- To check the physical condition of the samples received and bring to the notice of Sales employee any leaks/tampered sample containers.
- Handling reception desk & inclusive documentation
- To carry the sample coding & send the sample in respective section for analysis as when required.
- To counter-check the sample label information with the letter accompanying the sample for parameters to be analyzed methods etc.
- To report to Sales team in case any deviations are observed.
- To print the job sheets and hand over the samples and the job sheets to respective TMs
- To fill in the results in the software and generate the test report
- To take the final printouts of the reports
- To ensure that the customer receives the test reports & bills in time
- To plan, arrange & monitor sampling schedule for samplers in consultation with sales executive
- To intimate the sampling plan to customer & taking approval for the same
- To arrange material require for sampling activity.
- To give system oriented sampling test request form to sampler & its proper documentation
- To liaise with customer & resolved any issues about the samples received, reports dispatched.
- Communicate customer queries or complaints received via tale call to lab/Quality manager.
- Share the soft copy of reports to external customer as when require.
- As per TAT take follow up with Sr. Analyst/TM for sample analyze in Pune lab.
- To submit the monthly report of number of sample collected with relevant details to lab manager
- To maintain proper documentation & filing for Sample Entry/ Dispatch reports /Test request/Invoices/ Enquires/ & other related documents.
- Review the test form for walk-in customer & hand the samples with proper details to DQM or QM or Sales Person Pune.
- To keep the administrative material stock of required for working.
- To carry the co-ordination of sample sent or received at Gujarat lab in case required.
- Preparation of Sales quotation as when required
- Invoice for every customer/sample to be prepared as per the given format.
- To prepare GRN (Good Received Note) for every material that is been received to the laboratory.
- To keep a record of documents that are being sent to the head office which includes tax invoice copy & courier receipt.
- To maintain a duplicate copy of the acknowledged test reports.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
1. Qualification: Graduate with experience of 1 Years
1. Expected Skills: Graduate in science, Computer Knowledge, Basic testing information
